First, whip up the perfect pancake using this easy peasy recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup selfraising flour 1 cup milk 1 large egg Crack the egg into a large mixing bowl. Add the flour, milk and a tiny pinch of sea salt. Whisk everything together until you have a lovely, smooth batter. Heat a little butter or oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, and spread it across the pan by tilting it. Add a few ladles of batter to the pan. Cook the pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes, or until little bubbles appear on the surface and the bases are golden, then have fun flipping them over!
