Affogato expresson shot ice cream float

Affogato

Ingredients:

Expresso Shot
1 large scoop of Double Jersey Ice Cream

METHOD:

  1. Simply place the large scoop of ice cream in a small dish or mug.
  2. Pour over the hot expresso shot.
  3. If you would like to make it boozy, it is delicious with a shot of Baileys, Kahlua or Amaretto.
